500 g featherback fish (ikan belida) can be substituted for other white fish or shrimp or chicken

- 1 1/2 kg chicken, cut into bite size pieces
- 100 ml thick coconut milk
- 2 1/2 tbsp lime juice
- salt and sugar to taste
- 80 g shallots
- 4 garlic cloves
- 25 g turmeric
Methods / instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and set aside for 1 1/2 hours.
- Bake chicken in a preheated oven at 180 degree C for 45 minutes.
- Serve hot.
