Ingredients /nutrition
- 150 g chicken, cut into bite size pieces
- some salt
- some pepper
- 2 garlic cloves 1 red chili 100 g shallots
- vegetable oil
- 150 ml chicken stock
- 4 cabbage leaves, shred to thick slices
- 1 sliced onion
- 350 g rinsed and drained yellow noodles
- 150 g bean sprouts
- 250 g shrimps
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
Methods / instructions
- Marinate chicken with salt and pepper and allow to stand for 15 minutes,
- Meanwhile, combine garlic, red chili and shallots in a blender or food processor and process until form a smooth paste.
- Heat some vegetable oil in a pan and saute ground paste untilaromatic.
- Pour 75 ml of chicken stock into the paste and cook for a further 2 minutes. Set aside.
- Heat up more vegetable oil in a pan and stir fry cabbage, onion and chicken.
- Add remaining ingredients and reserved ground paste mixture.
- Adjust seasoning if required.
- Serve hot.
